Microporous filter is a general term for the commercial filtration of filter membranes with a pore size of 0.2-1um. Abbreviated as MF.
Microporous membrane filter is a membrane separation technology. The filter is a cylindrical structure made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, with a foldable filter element as the filtering element. It can filter out particles and bacteria larger than 0.1 μ m in liquids and gases. It has the advantages of high filtration accuracy, fast filtration speed, low adsorption, no medium detachment, no leakage, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, and easy operation. It can remove bacteria and particles in injection water and liquid medicine. It can be backwashed during cleaning and can be used to form second, third, and fourth level filters according to different user needs to achieve the best filtration effect. It is widely used in sterilization and clarification of pharmaceuticals, large infusion solutions, pure water, and biotechnology. Our company uses filter cartridges made of imported filter membranes, which are of high quality and have a long service life. The filter cartridge material can be selected according to user requirements.
